REQUEST FOR COMPLIANCE
Mr Giarusso and Mr Foster request a compliance The
construction and grading are complete and the grass is growing
The driveway was discussed Mr Foster stated that Mr Giarusso
will request a modification from the Planning Board if he wishes
to build a new driveway No bond was posted Alison Brewster
motioned to grant compliance once the bond is posted Don
Stanley seconded motion carried
LOT B GREAT POND RD
REQUEST FOR EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION
Warren Sideri requested a modification to build a smaller house
The Order expires on May 18 under the Bylaw The deed
restrictions are yet to be submitted as required Richard
Milliard motioned to grant an extension to 5/18/92 Alison
Brewster seconded motion carried Alison Brewster motioned to
grant a modification to accept revised plans dated 4/25/91 Don
Stanley seconded motion carried

REQUEST FOR EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION
Steve Webster requested an extension A modification is also
necessary since the Administrator has discovered an inaccurate
wetland line as shown on the approved plans which will require
relocating one of the replication areas Also the applicant
would like to modify the condition requiring locating the
dumpster outside the buffer zone Richard Milliard motioned to
issue an extersion of 1 year, Don Stanley seconded motion
carried Carl Schoene motioned to grant a modification to accept
the new delineation, relocation of 2000 sq ft of replication
area and decrease the dumpster setback from 100 ' to 50' (with
enclosure) Alison Brewster seconded motion carried Richard
Milliard opposed
GLSD
VIOLATION
Tree cutting along the bank of the Merrimack River has been done
by GLSD emplojees to maintain a sewer easement The police were
called The Administrator has discussed the issue with Mr
George GLSD Director Joe Cushing expressed concerns The NACC
will send a letter to the GLSD requiring removal of the cut trees
and filing of a NOI for future cutting

WATER MAIN REHAB
REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION - PUBLIC HEARING
Mr Rullo of Weston & Sampson presented plans for water main
rehab on a number of streets Rea St and Marblehead St are in
the buffer zone Other sts have catch basins that lead to
wetlands Mr Rullo and R Doucette have incorporated erosion
controls at al- necessary points to protect resource areas Mr
Finnegan of W&S stated that this is the replacement of existing
lines and that the work is all planned in the roadway right of
way C Schoene raised questions re procedure to cross under
culverts on Rea St Don Stanley motioned to close Richard
Milliard seconded decision to be made at 5/15 meeting motion
carried Abutters were not notified Richard Milliard motioned
to reopen and continue to 5/15, Alison Brewster seconded motion
carried
LOT 7 PINE RIDGE RD
DETERMINATION - PUBLIC HEARING
Scott Giles and Mark Rea presented plans for a home The new
house location was not submitted as a drawn plan using a "house
cut-out" that was moved around on the old plan The house
location has been moved closer to a detention pond Slopes are
very steep Alison Brewster motioned to close and issue a
positive determination Don Stanley seconded motion carried
GREAT POND ROAD SEWER LINE
NOTICE OF INTENT - PUBLIC HEARING
Paul Farrington and Joanne Haracz of LEA presented plans for a
sewer line in the watershed Sewer along Great Pond Rd , Bridle
Path Brentwood Circle and Winter St Temporary alteration of
about 2, 000 sgLare feet of wetland Involves several stream
crossings Abutters J Walker M Walker S Messina questioned
the exact location of the cross country portion easements tree
cutting the pLmp station, impacts of construction, and future
sewer extensions Carl Schoene motioned to close and issue a
decision withir 21 days, Alison Brewster seconded motion
carried
LOT 3A AND 4A BERRY ST
NOTICE OF INTENT - PUBLIC HEARING
Jim Bourgeois presented plans for 2 houses Abutter Ed Petty
expressed concerns re his well and the proposed septic systems
The houses as presented are less than fifty feet from wetland
Richard Milliard motioned to close and issue a decision within 21
days Alison Brewster seconded motioned carried
30 ANNE RD
NOTICE OF INTENT - PUBLIC HEARING
Scott Giles and Ercole Sideri presented plans for a home in the
buffer zone Abutters expressed general concerns re wetland
filling R Doucette has reviewed the wetland line and has found
it to be too law by 10 to 15 ft Four new flags have been added
• at each end of the line in question The house is now within 30 '
of the wetland and the septic system may need to be moved Don
Stanley motioned to continue the public hearing to 5/15, Richard
Milliard seconded, motion carried.
LOT 64A HAYMEADOW RD.
DECISION
Don Stanley motioned to approve the decision as amended, Richard
Milliard seconded. Motion carried.
HORNE PROPERTY
REPORT OF A VIOLATION
Excess tree cutting has been done by the applicant. A
modification was to be submitted. No progress reports have been
submitted. Mr. Horne will be asked to appear to submit a progress
report.
ABBOTT VILLAGE
DISCUSSION OF SETTLEMENT
The NACC approved the settlement agreement with minor
modifications.
Richard Milliard motioned to adjourn at 12 midnight, Don Stanley
seconded, Motion carried.
