Motion by P.Tariot and seconded by A.Manzi to (a) grant the compliance upon completion of the planting of at least six white pine or hemlock trees that will each be a minimum of 61 high in the vicinity of flags B14 and B15. In the meantime release $5, 000.00 of the bond. Motion passed. PUBLIC HEARINGS Lot 22 Pine Ridge Road (1242- Notice (cont. ) Jim Bourgoeis requested a continuance to consider a redesign of the house. Motion by P.Tariot and seconded by R.Milliard to continue to 2/17/93 . Motion passed. Lot 43 Candlestick Road - (#242-646) - Notice (cont. ) Jim Bourgoeis presented revised plans. Motion by R.Milliard and seconded by A.Manzi to close the public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days. Motion passed 4-0. 351 Willow Street #242-647) - Notice (cont. ) Jim Bourgoeis and Brian Jones presented revised plans showing stormwater detention. Discussion of grading, parking, drainage, etc. Abutter, Schwind expressed concerns for drainage and Caron expressed concerns of truck parking. Motion by R.Milliard and seconded by P.Tariot to continue to 2/17/93 . Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Brook Farm (#242-452) -.,,,_Extension Motion by P."-"argot and seconded by A.Manzi to grant the extension. Motion passed. EOCD Streamlining Grant K- Nelson gave, an overview of the grant and the Town's streamlining process. Volunteers: P.Tariot and K.Foley. Report on Lake Cochichewick Water Testi R.Doucette gave an overview of the testing program. AMC Grant R.Doucette discussed the grant. Open Sipace Plan - Mapping Discussion. NACC 2/3/93 Page 3 Joint Meeting G Reich and R Milliard volunteered to attend the joint workshop meeting with the Planning Board on 1/29/93 Consultant Fees The Commission discussed the status of their request to establish an account for consultant fees R Doucette will find out from NACC 2/3/93 Page 3 the Town Manager the status of this request Lot 43 Candlestick Road Motion by G Reich and seconded by R Milliard to issue the decision as written for File #242-646 Motion by P Tariot and seconded by R Milliard to issue a partial compliance to File #242-461 The meeting adjourned at 10 15 p m George Reich Chairman
