DELIBERATIONS
The Commission discussed Heritage Estates R Doucette
recommended a denial for the following reasons
- construction of 2 homes within 50 ' of a tributary to the
water supply will degrade water quality Deny the waiver
- working on steep slopes in areas of fine erodible soils
and seeps will cause siltation of the wetland
- excessive filling, grading, excavation on an unrealistic
timetable adjacent to a tributary to the water supply
will degrade water quality
- long term impacts of additional lawn areas, draining
directly off steep slopes into a tributary to the water
supply, will degrade water quality
The Commission did not support this recommendation
