B. The perpetual rights and easements to construct, inspect,repair, remove, replace, operate and forever maintain covered surface and ground water drain or drains with any manholes,pipes, conduits and their appurtenances for the management of storm water runoff along with water mains, if any, in the area designated on sheets 3, 42 5 and 6 of the Plans as "Proposed Drainage & Utility Easement" and being more particularly located on Open Space A (79,649 S.F.),Open Space B (27,949), Open Space C(263,070 S.F.),Lot A(20,636 S.F.),Lot B (58,408 S.F.),Lot 1 (33,116 S.F.),Lot 2 (41,513 S.F.)Lot 3 (1,984 S.F.),Lot 6 (12875 S.F.), Lot 7(1,875 S.F.),Lot 11 (21,317 S.F.),Lot 12(4,994 S.F.),Lot 15 (1,158 S.F.)Lot 16(21,256 S.F.)Lot 21 (501 S.F.),Lot 22(399 S.F.and 506 S.F.),Lot 23 (407 S.F.),Lot 26(1,434 S.F.) and.Lot 27(11,756 S.F.).
