Unfortunately I cannot attend the meeting tonight as our daughter has an awards banquet at the high school tonight. I am against this proposed project for additional housing at 45 third st. My family and I have been at 40 third st for almost 17 years. It is a wonderful area, but like anything that is desirable, developers just see money. The cost of everything is out of control these days and NA is trying to help with the recent developments on high st, route 125, and the proposed royal crest project across from Merrimack college. The renovating of big single family homes into 2 family units I feel helps families live in a nice area and have access to a good school in Thomson, but adding another multi-family structure to an existing plot, simply just helps one person or very few make more money.
