These two lots have driveway access and all other utilities on Forest Street and are not in any way contingent upon any of the construction of Lang Pasture Road itself . The Applicant in consideration thereof wi l l waive any rights it may have under Paragraph 5-c of the Planning Board Subdivision Approval and substitute therefore a paragraph to the effect of requiring cash bond . This will al low the developer to p roceed with construction on lot 1 and lot 8 together with the roadway itself and , by the time the roadway is bound , we will approach the Board to post cash bond for further release of rather lots within the subdivision .
