The Planning Board has directed me to send this letter
requesting a copy of the easement agreement between your clients,
Paul St, Hillaire and Alvin J. Maillet and Robert and Margaret
Martins . This easement has been a matter of intense discussion
before the Planning Board for months .
If the actual easement signed by the two parties can be
obtained prior to the Planning Board' s December 17 , 1987
meeting, we respectifully request that it be provided.

Dear Mr. Stocking
Enclosed please find two proposed easements regarding the above-referenced
clients of mine for the property at Long Pasture, North Andover, As you will
see, both easements are yet unsigned.
We will have both easements executed immediately upon approval of the
sub,di'vilsilon plan by the North Andover planning Board. As you must know,
Mr. St. Hilaire and Mr. Maillet are paying the Martins a considerable sum of
money to obtain this easement. The Martins surely will not sign the easement
without first obtaining said funds, and my clients are clearly not in a
po it I on to pair those fu d,a until they know the subdivision has been approved.
If l may make a suggestion, I would be happy to have the subdivision
approved contingent upon filing with the tow of the two originally executed
easements, and would provide those easements to the town prior to the actual
signing by the planning board members of the subdivision plan. I know that
in the past the torn has accepted this practice and it is used fairly commonly.
Thus, we ask for your 'indulgence in allowing us to do sane

Is to extend the public grater main from Turtle Lane across Lot
4 so as to serve the subdivision known as Long Pasture . This
easement encumbers and is limited to that portion of Lot 4
bounded and described as follows :
Beginning at a point in the northerly .line of Turtle Lane
on said plan, that point being the i.ntersecti.on of the common
lot line between Lot 3 and Lot 4 with Turtle Lane and thence
ruining by said lot line between Lots 3 and 4 , 160 . 27 feet to
the stone wall at Land now or formerly of Flynn; thence turning
and running southeasterly by the stone wall , 45 . 00 feet; thence
