PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41,Section 81 U,M.G.L.and the North Andover Zoning By
Law,the Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing. Pursuant to Second Order of Remand of t e court,this matter is:hereby
remanded to the North Andover Planning Board so that the Board may
main reconsider pursuant to M.G.L. C�.41 Section W the subdivision
entitled":fed Cute Pasture Definitive Subdivision"dated November
22, 1996 revised February 26,200 1. The remand is for the purpose of
determining whether or not the Board will revolve its disapproval of the
above referenced definitive subdivision plan and approve the Devised
Plans as in conformity with the Board's rules and regulations by
adopting as its final decision the draft decision on file at the Planning
Department.
