MA owned by Loretta L. Willis and Pleasant Street Trust" dated December 19, 1989 and
recorded with the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plant No. 11704. Excluding parcel `B"as
shown on Plan of Land Entitled"Lot Line Adjustment Plan", dated October 19,2017 filed with
said Registry as Plan No. 17719 and conveyed by Deed recorded in the Essex North District
z Registry of Deeds in Book 15366,Page 14. Said Lot contains 28,301 square feet more or less.

Also,all right,title and interest to that portion of Lot 2 shown on said Plan No.11704 as 3,183
square feet,known as a former portion of Trenton Street.
Reserving a right to the Pleasant Street Trust, its successors in title for access and egress by
vehicular and pedestrian traffic over the paved portions of Lot 1 in common with all others
entitled to do so to provide access and egress from the strip of land being a portion of Lot 2
along the northeasterly side of Lot I for vehicular parking. Such right shall be subservient to
the parking requirements of Lot I and only be exercisable to the extent that such exercise does
not reduce the parking spaces available for Lot 1.The intention of this easement is to provide
the owners of Lot 2 the ability to utilizt.the strip of land adjacent to Lot 1 for future expansion
of its parking area when and if needed. Said easement recorded with said Deeds in Book 6401,

Sobrado,dated May 11,2006 to A&N Pleasant Street, LLC to and recorded at the Essex North
District Registry of Deeds in Book 10175,Page 322 and see also deed, dated July 20,2018 from
HEG 564 Chickering Road, LLC to A&N Pleasant Street,LLC recorded in said Registry of
Deeds in Book 15556, Page 320. See also"Confirmatory"Deed, dated January 19,2022 from
HEG 564 Chickering Road, LLC to A&N Pleasant Street,LLC and recorded herewith.
