North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, July 8,
2025 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of MARK BIONDI for property at 326
FOREST STREET (Map 106.1, Parcels 0013), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning
District.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws
Section 195-7.3, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) for one side setback in the R-1 Zoning
District for the purposes of constructing a sunroom; specifically, Applicant has requested a side
setback needing a relief variance of 10.7 feet (the side setback proposed is 19.3 feet and the side
setback required per Table 2 is 30.0 feet).
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning
Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., and Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
