North Andover Zoning Board of Ap-
peals will hold a public hearing at
the North Andover Town Hall at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 7:30 p.m.
to all parties interested in the peti-
tion of MARK BIONDI for property at
326 FOREST STREET (Map 106.1,
Parcels 0013), North Andover, MA
01845 in the R-1 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Vari-
ance pursuant to Town of North
Andover Zoning Bylaws Section
195-7.3,Table 2 (Dimensional Re-
quirements) for one side setback in
the R-1 Zoning District for the pur-
poses of constructing a sunroom
specifically,Applicant has request-
ed a side setback needing a relief
variance of 10.7 feet (the side set-
back proposed is 19.3 feet and the
side setback required per Table 2 is
30.0 feet).
