School Program
Crew Program
80 athlete program with boys and girls. Athletes practice daily in the spring (March— May) with six home
races in the fours. Motorized launches are used during practice and races for safety. At the present
time, to the best of our knowledge, no visiting schools bring crew shells from bodies of water that are
known to host harmful species that are non-indigenous to Lake Cochichewick.
No significant change to the program is expected.
Sailing / Boating Program
15 student program with boys and girls. The program runs from September to mid-November(weather
permitting) using 4 sailboats as well as canoes, kayaks and rowboats. Only one motorized launch is
used for safety for the Sailing program. No boats from off campus (other bodies of water) are used in this
program.
No significant change to the program is expected.
Summer Program
Canoes and rowboats are used for summer camp (June—August). Approximately 20 boats are part of
the program. Only one motorized launch is used for safety for the summer camp program. No boats
from off campus (other bodies of water) are used in this program.
No significant change to the program is expected.
