Dear Ms. Enright and Planning Board Members:
This letter is intended to satisfy Condition #37 of the Watershed Special Permit and Condition#38
of the Site Plan Review Permit for the Brooks School Campus Improvements project, specific to
the New Boathouse portion of the project. The Planning Board decisions were dated June 7, 2022.
Haley Ward, Inc. (formerly Whitman & Bingham Associates (HW)) was responsible for the
stormwater, sewer and water systems portion of the project design. Upon review of the New
Boathouse building project during construction and upon construction completion of these
components, we have found that these portions of the project substantially complied with the
approved project plans.
Additionally, HW has inspected the exterior stormwater system structures that were installed as
part of the Boathouse project. There were no illicit connections found in any of the project
stormwater structures.

The letter is intended to satisfy Condition #37 of the Watershed Special Permit and Condition
#38 of the Site Plan Review Special Permit for the Brooks School Campus Improvements
project, specific to the New Admissions Building portion of the project. The Planning Board
decisions were dated June 7, 2022.
A. T. Leonard &Associates was responsible for the building siting, site grading, site lighting,
walkways, and landscaping portions of the project design. Upon review of the New
Boathouse Building project during construction and upon completion of these project
components, we have found that these portions of the project substantially complied with the
approved project plans.

This letter is intended to satisfy Condition #38 of the Site Plan Review Special Permit for the Brooks School
new Boathouse and Remote Toilet Facility projects.The Planning Board decisions were dated, June 7,2022.
OLSON LEWIS +Architects (OL+A) was responsible for the building portion of the project design and were
present at various stages during the construction process. We have determined that the work was
performed in a manner consistent with the construction documents and complies substantially with the
approved project plans.
