The Planning Board decisions were dated June 7, 2022. Haley Ward, Inc. (formerly Whitman & Bingham Associates (HW)) was responsible for the stormwater, sewer and water systems portion of the project design. Upon review of the New Boathouse building project during construction and upon construction completion of these components, we have found that these portions of the project substantially complied with the approved project plans. Additionally, HW has inspected the exterior stormwater system structures that were installed as part of the Boathouse project. There were no illicit connections found in any of the project stormwater structures.
