LEGAL NOTICE
NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Protection District Special Permit and
Site Plan Review Special Permit under Chapter 195 Article 4 Part
5, Article 8 Parts 1-3, and Article 10 Section 195-10.7 of the Town
of North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The project proposes removal of
2 existing boathouses to be replaced with a single boathouse,
removal and replacement of existing housing and improvements at
11.16 Great Pond Road, and removal of a portion of impervious
driveway areas at 1116 Great Pond Road. Work is proposed within
General,Non-Discharge, and Non-Disturbance Buffer Zones. The
project is located in the Residential 1 R-1 Zone.
