The Planning Board decisions were dated September 15, 2020. A. T. Leonard &Associates was responsible for the building siting, site grading, site lighting, walkways and patio, and landscaping portions of the project design. Upon review of the New Admissions Building project during construction and upon completion of these project components, we have found that these portions of the project substantially complied with the approved project plans. The Planning Board decisions were dated September 15, 2020. Whitman & Bingham Associates (WBA) was responsible for the stormwater, sewer and water systems portion of the project design. Upon review of the New Admissions building project during construction and upon construction completion of these components, we have found that these portions of the project substantially complied with the approved project plans. Additionally, WBA has inspected the exterior stormwater system structures that were installed as part of the Admissions project. There were no illicit connections found in any of the project stormwater structures.
