SCOTI' SAC S Director PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE N ORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 81 T and 8 1-U, M.G.L., the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 7, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Center behind the Town Building, on the application of George Farr for approval of a definitive subdivision plan of land known as Salem Forest IV located in North Andover by Hancock Survey Associates, Inc. dated December 6, 1996, being bounded as follows: to the north and south by Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Forest: to the east by Granville Lane: to the west by Raleigh Tavern lane. Trust. The property is located in the Residential - 2 (R-2) Zoning District and shows five proposed lots. A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday thru Friday.
