PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
N ORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 81 T and 8 1-U, M.G.L., the Planning
Board will hold a public hearing on January 7, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Center behind the
Town Building, on the application of George Farr for approval of a definitive subdivision plan of
land known as Salem Forest IV located in North Andover by Hancock Survey Associates, Inc.
dated December 6, 1996, being bounded as follows: to the north and south by Commonwealth of
Massachusetts State Forest: to the east by Granville Lane: to the west by Raleigh Tavern lane.
Trust. The property is located in the Residential - 2 (R-2) Zoning District and shows five
proposed lots.
A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be
inspected Monday thru Friday.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan, should appear at the
time and place designated,

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40-A, Section 11,
M.G.L. , the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday evening, January 7, 1997 at 7 : 30 p.m. in the
Senior Center behind the Town Building on the application of
Salem Forest IV, No. Andover, MA 01845 for a special permit under
Section 8 . 5 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to allow the
construction of a Planned Residential Development (PRD) , with 5
new lots created on land being bounded as follows : to the north
and south by Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Forest .
Location of the property: to the east by Granville Lane, to the
west by Raleigh Tavern Lane The site is located in the
Residential-2 (R-2) Zoning District .
A copy of the plan and application is on file in the
Planning Board Office and may be inspected between the hours of
8 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the
proposed plan, should appear at the time and place designated.
