I enclose herewith the recorded deed and easement and
original mylar plan for Sterling Lane. The deed and easement are
certified copies which are recorded at the Registry of Deeds.
If there is any balance due on the Street Bond, would you
please release it to John F. McGarry, Trustee of Oak Trust.

�4 A perpetual easement for the purposes of maintaining,
repairing, altering, a drain pipe in, on, over and through that
portion of "Open Space 'A"' shown on a plan recorded with Essex
North District Registry of Deeds as Plan Number 13035 and
reference may be had to said plan for a more particular
�. description of said drainage easement area.
With regard to the above easement, the said Town of North
Andover shall forever have the right to construct, maintain,
repair and replace drainage works therethrough, and to make such
entries thereon and therein as may from time to time be necessary
\� or convenient for such purposes and other municipal purposes .
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to the grantor
` Trustee by deed of George H. and Wanda H. Farr dated March 15 ,
1999 and recorded with Essex North District Registry of Deeds in
Boo]: 5371 Doge 4i .
The Trustee herein, hereby certifies that he is the only
Trustee of said Trust, that said Trust is still in full force and
