ENGINEERS, SURVEYORS & LAND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS June 27,2025 Planning Board Town of North Andover 120 Main Street North Andover, MA Re: Extra Space Storage Properties 1701 Osgood Street (Assessors Map 61,Lot 66) Dear Planning Board Members: On behalf of the Owner/Applicant,Extra Space Storage Properties,Allen Engineering&Associates,Inc. is providing an engineer's certification and as-built plan in accordance with Board's Notice of Decision,dated February 28,2023. Special Condition#35,as-built plan. Allen Engineering&Associates,Inc. conducted a survey of the completed project in May and June of 2025. We have also received,reviewed and compiled contractor's site photos and as-built data for select subsurface components of the project. Please refer to the attached stamped,As-Built Plan,dated May 19,2025,revised June 27,2025.The plan is comprehensive of the pre-existing building as well as the newly completed 3-story building and related infrastructure improvements. Included on the plan is a summary of the impervious area as required under Condition 435. Special Condition#33,engineer's certification. Allen Engineering&Associates,Inc. conducted limited construction observation,an interim as-built survey,and final as-built survey of the completed project. We reviewed our as-built survey data. We also reviewed regular reports and site photos from the geotechnical engineer during construction,as well as as-built data from the contractor for select subsurface components of the project. Based on my review of the as-built survey data,contractor's as-built information, and limited site observation,I hereby certify that the project has been constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plans,dated November 3,2022,last revised February 17,2023.
