particularly described as follows :
Lot shown on a Plan of Land entitled "Planned Residential
Development, Jerad Place - Phase III, Designed for Robert
Janusz, 40 Sunset Rock Road, Andover, MA 01810" , dated April 22,
1994, Revised September 21, 1994 and recorded at
Said Lot containing square feet, more or
less, according to said Plan.
The Grantor hereby reserves the fee in the roadways shown on
said Plan. The Grantee, their successors in title, transferees
and assigns, is granted the right and easement to use the ways
shown on the Plan for all purposes for which public ways are
used in the Town of North Andover.
The within conveyance is subject to the restrictions, as shown
on the Plan, for a 50' No Cut Buffer Zone, which restrictions
shall run with the land. (For Lots 1, 2, 12, 13, 14 and 18 as
shown on said Plan) .
