The Grantor hereby reserves the fee in the roadways shown on said Plan. The Grantee, their successors in title, transferees and assigns, is granted the right and easement to use the ways shown on the Plan for all purposes for which public ways are used in the Town of North Andover. The within conveyance is subject to the restrictions, as shown on the Plan, for a 50' No Cut Buffer Zone, which restrictions shall run with the land.
