Neve Associates, Inc. 447 Old Boston Road Topsfield, Ma 01983 RE: Jared Place IV - DEP File#242-757 Dear Mr. Neve: Correspondence dated 7/19/95 requesting a continuance of the public hearing from July 19, 1995 "to the next regularly scheduled meeting" was forwarded to this Department from your firm on the above referenced date. As you are aware, Conservation Commission hearings take place on the first and third Wednesday of every month throughout the year. You were thus scheduled to appear before the NACC last evening, August 2, 1995, for the purposes of presenting Jared Place IV. Although a representative from your firm was not present and in opposition to my recommendation, the NACC voted to continue the public hearing for DEP #242-757 until Wednesday, August 16, 1995. The NACC, based on a discussion of project specifics last evening, has requested the following of the applicant: 1. Comply with all of Coler& Colantonio's comments with regards to drainage analysis by the August 16, 1995 hearing (the NACC anticipates closing the public hearing regardless of outstanding issues at that time); 2. Meet the 25' No-Cut Zone throughout the entire project locus (this includes the entrance roadway). If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please do not hesitate to contact this Department.
