Referring to the above petition for a modification of a definitive subdivision from the
requirements of
Section 81U of the Zoning Bylaw
So as to allow: The modification to a definitive subdivision entitled Forestview
Estates proposing a modification of the House Layout Plan with the
introduction of the house types Carlton, Chaucer,and Concord and
modification to Play Field Lot location from open space parcel I'D"
to Lot 55 and Subdivision Plan of Land to accommodate the change
in the play field lot location.
After a public hearing given on the above date,the Planning Board voted to APPROVE the
modification to a definitive subdivision, based upon the following conditions:

2. Plan Entitled "Plan of Land, Forestview Estates,North Andover,
MA" drawn by Marchionda& Associates, dated 5/5/2000;
3. Plan entitled 'Modification to Playfield Lot", drawn by
Marchionda& Associates, dated 5/5/2000
Dear Mr. Mesiti:
Please be advised that at their regularly scheduled meeting of July 11, 2000 the North
Andover Planning Board voted to APPROVE your application for a modification to a
definitive subdivision plan, and, specifically all of the above-referenced plans.
The plans above referenced as#1 depicts a modification so as to revise the existing house
plans previously approved. The plans above referenced as#2 depicts a modification to
the layout of lots 46A, 55A and Open Space Parcel G. The plans above referenced as
#3 depicts a modification to the play field lot, originally parcel D, now becoming Parcel
D-2 and G. These modifications were approved with the following conditions:
1. One certified copy of the recorded decision and endorsed plans must be filed with
the Essex North Registry of Deeds and delivered to the Planning Department prior to
Form U verification for any of the house lots depicted on these plans Included as a part
of this decision are the following plans and reports:
