NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Article 4 Part 5
and Article 10 Section 195-10.7 of the Zoning Bylaw to authorize
installation of an inground pool,paver patio, and fence within the
325 foot Non-Discharge Zone of the Water Protection District.
The property is located in the Residential 1 R-1 zoning district.
