A Watershed Special Permit was submitted by our office on behalf of the owner and applicant on February 22, 2023. A positive Notice of Decision was issued by the North Andover Planning Board on March 21,2023, and was subsequently recorded at the Essex North Registry of Deeds in Book 17719,Page 91 on April 18, 2023, Based on a review of the as-built plan, the existing conditions appear to be in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Notice of Decision with the following exceptions: 1. In lieu of a chain link fence around the perimeter of the pool patio, the fencing was installed around the perimeter of the backyard area. A portion of the chain link fence was installed on the 10 Coventry Lane property. It is our understanding that the abutter at 10 Coventry Lane does not have all issue with the fence on their property. ......................... .......... ............................ (proposed) to 870 s.f. (existing). A paver walkway was also added between the pool patio and rear of home. The previously existing brick patio in the rear of the dwelling was also replaced with pavers. 3. Instead of the pool and patio being constructed at grade, the pool patio and infiltration trench are bordered by a 1.5'±high mortared rock wall. 4. Some additional disturbance took place along the northerly side of the home associated with the installation of the chain link fence. We look forward to reviewing this request for a performance bond release with the Planning Board at your next available public meeting. In the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Very truly yours, Richard Williams, P.E.
