Northern District Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 12873. Reference is also made In that certain
plan ofland entitled "Plan of Land in North Andover, MA, drawn for Cobblestone Development,
dated March 30, 1998" and recorded with the Essex County Northern District Registry of Deeds
as PlmrNa 13263.
Also conveyed herewith are drainage, sewer and wahi easements shown on said Plan No.
12893 and said Plan Na 13263. These easements include
I. A25 foot wide Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Easement, located westerly of
Waddled Road, crossing Isat 45, Lot #6 and Lot as shown on said Plan No. 12873.
2. ADrainage Easement, located exactly of Woodlea Road, crossing Lot fl7, Lot 48,
Lot k9, Lot #10 and Lot fiI I as shown on said Plan No. 12873.
3. A50 feet by 15 feet DrvnageEasemenq running along the southeasterly border of
Woodlea Road, on Lot X as shown on said Plan No. 12871
4. A 50 feet by 15 feet Lashings, Easement, running along the southwesterly border
of Woodlea Road, on Lot lA and lmtX as shown on said Plan No. 13263.
This conveyance is farther made.subject to and with the benefit of such other easements, special
permits, orders, decisions, rosebush, conditions and restrictions of record, insofar as the sane arc
now vn force and applicable, and without limitation to which, this conveyance is made subject to
and with Line benefit of the following:
1. An easement to Massachusetts Electric Company dated June 16, 1W7 and
recmded with the Essex County Northern District Registry of Dceds at Book 4786, Page
164.
2. An easement to New England Telephone and Telegraph Company dated July 14,
1997 and recorded with the Essex County Northern District Registry of Leeds at Book
