Dear Planning Board Members,
After reviewing my draft Decision and prior Decisions of this Board, Iwould like to request
that FINDINGS OF FACT 21) be replaced with language consistent with prior Decisions:
Current Language:
"PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF CCCUPANY...
21)The Planning Staff will review the Site. Any screening as may be reasonably required as
determined by the Planning Director will be added at the Project owner's expense."
Replacement Language based on Prior Decisions:
"PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF CCCUPANY...
21) If it is determined that additional screening is warranted,the Planning Director and
Applicant will work together to develop a plan to enhance the screening where appropriate"
