Subject Permits l Licenses for the Marble Fridge Winery

Message Ms Enright--
I understand that there is a hearing for the Marble Ridge
Winery's Pouring Perm�it on Tuesday evening. I will be unable
to attend the hearing in person, but I want to submit nay support
for the Winery, their tasting programs and other events. Please
share this note of support with the Planning Board members.
My wife, Barbara Wolfinger, and I have been, residents of North
Andover since 1981.
l am the President of the Harvard Club of Merrimack Valley. We
intend to hold a private tasting session for,our Club members at
the M�arbile Ridge Winery, but we are waiting for them to get all
the necessary permits. We try to hold all our social events in
local venues, and we strive to support small businesses within
our Club's region. We are excited to have the Winery host an
event to taste their products.
I am also on the Board of Directors for the North Andover
Historical Society., While I do not speak for the entire Board nor
the Society's members, I can state that as Chair of the
Programs Committee I have been working with our Executive
Director to plan a wine tasting and social event with the'''winery.
We are "slow rolling"the planning, waiting for the winery to get
all its appropriate permits and licenses so that we'll be able to
hold an event for a large group of'members. The opportunity to
hold such an event in a Ogg-year-old venue aligns perfectly
with our vision and mission: to share North Andover's h�isto�ry
with the citizens of Forth Andover and the entire Merrimac
Valley.

In short, the Marble Fridge Winery fills a prominent, historic and
valuable position incur Forth Andover community, and I
strongly encourage the Planning Beard to approve the Winery's
ailicatien for permits and licenses.

Dear Ms Enright,
I am writing in support of the programs at Marble Ridge Winery because they are one of the four active reminders
of earlier days when we were a farming community, our North Andover heritage is shared in the ropurposed barnswhich
provide a unique venue for community and family events.
I am a lifelong resident of North Andover. Most of the farms of my childhood have disappeared. I applaud Brig Leland's
commitment to creating an innovative viniculture business on Marble Midge farm that is financially sustainable so,that his
family legacy will not disappear..
