198 Dale Street, Paul and Heather Takesian: Request for release of a $4,000 performance bond associated with
an April 26, 2022 Watershed Special Permit, which allowed for allow a driveway expansion and construction of a
two-orage on the second level, and associated grading in the Non-Discharge Zone of
the Watershed Protection District.
ANR PLAN
0 Winter Street, Trinity Home Builders LLC (c/o Thomas Walsh): Plan proposes to combine 3 lots (Map
104.C, Lots 110, 149, 150) into a single lot.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
Stonecleave Road Map 104, Lots 139, 140, 141, LRC Builders, LLC: Application for a Planned Residential
Development Special Permit under Article 8 Supplementary Regulations, Part 5 Planned Residential Development
and Article 10 Administration §195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The applicant proposes construction
of a private roadway and three single-family dwelling units serviced by wells and septic systems. Property is
located in the Residential 1 zoning district.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING
1591 Osgood Street, Singh Realty Group LLC: Application for a Site Plan Review, Corridor Development
District, and Inclusionary Housing Special Permits under Article 8 Supplementary Regulations, Part 3 Site Plan
Review and Part 13 Inclusionary Housing Requirements, Article 16 Corridor Development District, and Article 10
Administration (195-10.7) of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes demolition of the existing
structure(s) and construction of a 4-story building with a 15,290 square foot footprint. The first floor is proposed to
be retail and self-storage and the second to fourth floors are proposed to be 38 residential units along with parking,
landscaping and associated improvements. The project is located within the Corridor Development District 3
(CDD3) and Residential 2 Zoning Districts.
DISCUSSION ITEM
122 Foster Street, T-Mobile: Request is to extend the existing tower 10install six antennas and six radios atop
the tower, and install ground equipment within the existing compound.
