There are no known illicit discharges currently at the site nor are any, illicit discharges proposed as part of the project. The stormwater management system is not 'Intended to convey any 'Illicit discharges or pollutants. Any, unknown existing illicit discharge that, are discovered as part of the development of the subject, site shall be eliminated in accordance wit local, state, and federal regulations. (Initials,of Independent Monitor) By in,itialinig, the Independent Monitor acknowledges receipt o h Decision and an understanding of the con d itions/restriction s set by the North Andover Planning Board. The Independent Monitor also acknowledges and agrees that he/she is providing monitoring, services for the benefit of the Town of North Andover and is not the project owner or applicant, and does not have a financial or personal interest in the project. Further, the Independent Monitor understands that she/he may not act as the project owner's agent, representative, partner, employee or joint-venturer on this project. The Independent Monitor agrees to immediately report to the North,Andover Planning Board, via the'Town Planner, any violations of the terms of the Decision listed above, as soon as observed or otherwise become known to the Independent Monitor. This report is in addition to regularly scheduled monitoring reports. The Independent Monitor understands that the failure to perform under this Letter of Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of the North Andover Planning Board, will be grounds for said Independent Monitor to be excluded in this role for any future projects which are within the jurisdiction of the North Andover Planning Board. There have been a couple of minor additions to the plan as stated below. 1. A walkway leading to the rear of the addition was added on the east side of the addition. 2. Propane tanks have been added on the east side of the addition. 3. A HVAC unit has been added on the east side. 4. An emergency generator and air conditioning unit have been added at the rear.
