I met with Ben Osgood out at 198 Dale Street today to walk the wetland line and get general'site observations.
I took a number of soil samples along the wetland ,and found it to be accurately delineated, with the exception of Flag 4A
which we eliminated. This flattened the wetland line just a touch but it didn't significantly impact the project.
The homeowner mentioned to Taylor,that they would like to remove the lame,shrubs alongside the pool fence I thinly they
are juniper shrubs, and they are in the wetland buffer zone, they are pretty big so their removal will require machinery).
am not sure if'they plan to do any replacement landscaping. Ben did inform them that they would' have to get a permit
from the Con Com for thi's activity. See attached photos of'the shrubs.
