• Liz Costerisan called the meeting to order at 6.32 PM, seconded by Judy Nigrelli.
• Attendance
• Completed by Liz Costerisan.
• Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes from August 7, 2025 motioned for approval by Liz Costerisan, seconded
by Mark Wilson, unanimously approved.
• Santa Parade
• 17 confirmed participants, Mark will send reminder communication again
• Tallie Abernathy confirmed she is willing to MC parade
• Mark will align with NAPD on volunteers and potential donation
• Cut-off date for registrants is 11/15/2025
• Christmas Tree Lighting
• Reviewed confirmed vendors
• Tent ordered
• Need to confirmed with Party Fun about Santa chair: pricing and pickup logistics
• Need to walk common to lay out plans
• Crafts and Cocoa with Santa
• Confirmed timing
• Judy wants to help with craft ideas
• Need high school volunteers
• Setting of Next Meeting Date
• Next meeting date will be October 28, 2025 at 6:30 PM.
