NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 81T and
81-U, M.G.L. , the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday evening, October 4, 1994 in the Senior Center behind the
Town Building at 8: 00 p,t, on the application of Thomas D. Laudani,
733 Turnpike Street, Suite 311, North Andover, MA. , for approval of
a modification to a definitive subdivision plan entitled
Modification to the Definitive and Special Permit Plan Woodchuck
Grove by Merrimack Engineering Services, dated July 1, 1994,
located on the Southerly side of Salem Street 600 ' West of the
Salem and Foster Street intersection and 2,400 ' East of the Salem
and Summer Street intersection, showing 18 lots, 'ca''ith 16 single
family dwellings.
A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning
Board Office and may be inspected between the hours of 8 : 3 0 a,m.
and 4 : 30 p.m.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed
plan, should appear at the time and place designated.
