Attendance:
Members Present: Lucius Michel {Chair}; Quentara Costa {Secretary}, Joan Thompson, George Kangos, Allen Naffah,
Maria Rosati, Patricia Riley, David VanArsdale, Remo Zimbaldi, Anthony Petronio
Absent: Eileen Elliot, Wendy Venti, Jennifer Abou-ezzi
Others Present: Kathy Shelp, Director of Senior Center; Cahla Ahlstrom, Outreach Manager
Call to order: 9:00 AM
Roll call by Lucius Michel
Minutes: Review of October 2025. Motion to approve by Dave. Seconded by Joan. Unanimously approved.
Update from Kathy Shelp, update on Senior Center:
Amazing and timely response from the town to respond when SNAP benefits were suspended.
Senior Center has been running weekend food drives to help senior population.
LIHEAP federal program: Money has not been released but now would be the time to apply for fuel assistance.
Review of Program Registration Procedure, explanation of newly drafted process to make registration more
equitable and fair. Discussion among the board on thoughts.
Adjournment at 10:11 A.M. Motion to adjourn by Luke, seconded by Anthony. Unanimously agreed.
