Re: Development - Clark Street/Marco Rubber
Dear Mr. Belinsky:
I am in receipt of your letter dated March 18, 1988 regarding the
conditions I outlined in my previous letter. Based on your agreement With these
conditions, I hereby grant permission for you to connect to the private sewer_ .
Please note that prior to undertaking the connection, you must obtain a Street
Opening Permit from Mr. William A. Cyr of this Divison.
