This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered on this 26th day of December, 2024 by
Jaime-Lyn Pickles (herein after Pickles), of 318 Salem Street, North Andover, MA 01845,the
owner of a certain parcel of land located at 318 Salem Street, North Andover, MA 01845
with the deed referenced in Book 18021 Page 134.
WHEREAS, Pickles has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit;
WHEREAS, Pickles agrees,for herself, her successors, and assigns, that:
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorous free.
2. The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
