Based upon my review of the Planning Board—endorsed plans, the Planning Board Decision dated December 3, 2024, and the final as-built plan titled "318 Se en Street As- Built, " dated November 29, 2025 it is my professional oplinion that the project has been constructed in substantial compliance with the plans and conditions approved by the Planning Board. The pool installation, site layout, grading, and drainage system has been completed in accordance with the endorsed plans. Any minor field modifications reflected on the as- built plan do not materially alter the intent of the Planning Board approval and remain consistent with applicabile zoning requirements and conditions of approval. The enclosed as-built plan accurately represents the conditions as constructed and has been prepared under my professional supervision. This project satisfies the requirements of the Planning Board Decision and is eligible for final sign-off and closeout.
