1. Meeting called to order at5:00 pm.
2. Historical Preservation Plan
a. Design Guidelines Document Preparation, Historic House Data Collection—Stan Limpert will
draft statements of work for review by the Commission.
b. Tracking HPP status—Ron Rudis implemented a Google sheet for tracking the status of HPP
action items and presented it to the Commission.
c. FY27 CPA application—the Commission discussed applying for funds for Historical
Commission website development, but decided to wait until we have additional content.
3. Old Burial Ground tree removal—The town arborist is on longterm jury duty, which has delayed the
tree removal project.
4. The Schofield Mill rehabilitation RFP is pending.
5. The Commission discussed the proposed Witch Memorial monument, if a CPA application is made
for funding the Commission may ask for an update on the project.
6. Limpert made a motion, seconded by Lafond to approve the November 5, 2025 meeting minutes.
Approved 4-0.
7. Meeting adjourned at 5:31 pm
