On-Going Conditions
1.0 (Condition #3,11,) : The N,,ACC, finds that the intensive use of' the upland areas and buffer zone propose d on
t hi s site will cause further alte ration of the wetland resource areas. In order to prevent any alteration of
wetland resource areas a twenty-five foo t (2 5`1 No-Disturbance Zone and a fifty foot 50"' No-
Construction one shall be establi shed fro m the edge of the wetla nd resource areas. The Conser vation
m i n istrator a nd/or other agents of1the N'AC'C' do not have the authority to waive these setb�acl<s, as
es t a bl ished u nder the local Bylaw. No disturbance of existing grade, soils or vegeta t ion iI'S pe rmitted in the
no-disturbance zone . Future, work within the wetland or within 10�O feet of' the ,wet,land shall require
separa6 t e permitti ng with the Conservation Com mission .
2 . (1 Conditi on #48) : The existing wetland markers attached to the chain-link fence and trees, in corporati ng
the followingfollowingtlexltm "Protected Wetland Resource A,rea,"" and' t'h�e associated rulessha, 1',1 remain . These
m ar ke rs will designate the sensitivity of' the resource areaand ass u re n o fu rt her in adve rte nt
encroachment intothe w,e,tl' a nd . The applicant shall instruct all agents to explain these mar1<,e,rs, ,t'o
bu ye rs/lessees/landscapers and all persons takingover the, property from the appli, "ocant. These markers
shall re m a in p osted a nd ue replaced as necessary inpierpetu i ty.
3 . {Condition #,55, The catch basins s,hall !contain oil/grea se t raps, and it shall be a continuing con ,,,, iuon of
this Order , at oil/grease traps in the catch ba s i n s shall be ma intained . All catch basins shall be free of
accumulated silt and debris.
4. Condit ion #165 � : There shall be no discha ,r�ge o r spillage of tutAPf"& l, or other pollutants intoany wetland
resource area . If the re i is a s p ill o r di s c ha rge o a n y polluta nt the NACC shall be notified by the a�
p plic ant
within onell ,,, business day. N'o construction vehicles are, to ,be stored within 100, feet of wetland resource
a r e a s, and novehi*tle, r,e,f'ueling, equ ipment lubrication, or ma intenance is to be done within 1,00 ,feet', of a
resource area .

types (< 57 ), a nd shall not be used withi n 25 fe et of a res o urce a re a . Pesticides a nd he rbicide s shall not
b�e used within 100, feet of' a; wetland resource area .
7 . (Conditio n #73 ) : No road salt, sodium chloride shall be u s ed o n p aved s u rfa c es, and any arrangement of
sn o w relm oval s,o stipulate due 'to� the, importance olf the welt�la nds. Permanent signs desilignating "No Sa lt
Zo n e" a n d "No Snow Stockpiling Zones"' shall be d *,1,sP,1ayed' *i'n prolminient, ,Iocations next-to wetlands.
