Present: Ron Rudis(chair), Jim Wefers, Stan Limpert,Anne Lafond,Jay Dowd
1. Meeting called to order at5:06 pm.
2. Correspondence—a letter from the owner of 169 Chestnut Street was reviewed, it will be forwarded
to town counsel.
3. A CPA application to install wayfinding signage for the Old Center Historic District was discussed.
Limpert made a motion, seconded by Lafond to submit a letter to the CPC supporting the
application.Approved 5-0.
4. Lafond made a motion, seconded by Dowd to approve the SOW for Historic Preservation Design
Guidelines and Historic Resource Inventory Preparation. Approved 5-0.
5. Potential placement of the historic bell from the Merrimack School was discussed, the Commission
will contact St. Michael School to determine whether they are interested in hosting the bell.
6. Limpert made a motion, seconded by Wefers to approve the December 3, 2025 meeting minutes.
Approved 5-0.
7. Meeting adjourned at 5:36 pm
