• Call to Order
- Liz Costerisan call meeting to order at 6:35PM, Mark Wilson seconded.
• Attendance
- Completed by Liz Costerisan.
• Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes from November 4, 2025
- Liz Costerisan motion to approve meeting minutes from November 4, 2025, Judy Nigrelli
seconded; unanimously agreed.
• Santa Parade
- Current 2025 participant count: 61 participants in registration form
o Verbally confirmed but not yet in spreadsheet: Maggie Clark, Trombley's, Lightning
McQueen, Earthworks, Coadys, Peter Breen (TJ's filled out the form though - is Breen
and Coadys with them?), Benchmark, Mini Firetruck, Festival of Hope, El Caminos
o 2024 had 67 participants
- Have not heard from Selectboard on participation, but assuming they will attend
- CAM will fully support the broadcast and announcing, as this falls under their ownership
o Brian was confirming is Jim Fazio will be announcing with Tallie Abernathy; if not, the
committee can recommend Lesley Carlson as a backup volunteer
o Renee to provide to CAM list of participants (in order)with descriptions from Google
form
- Parade line-up and communication to participants:
o Renee drafted communication to parade participants: communication to be sent on
Monday, November 24th
- Renee confirmed use of FRONT bathrooms at NAMS from 10AM - 12PM for the parade
o Cost will be <$100 (will be billed after the event)
- Renee has ordered a Grand Marshal sash

- Mark to follow-up with:
o Boosters on donation for Campbell Highlanders
o Police Association Donation: One check to Shriners must be written; does Police
Association want to donate the$2250 to the town (or festival committee?)so one
check can be written?
• Christmas Tree Lighting
- Tree lights were installed last week
- CAM confirmed they can support with microphone and DJ speakers; they will need electricity to
Trombley's trailer for this
o MC recommendations?
- DPW confirmed support with trash cans
- Renee and Liz did practice run of setting up new Santa tent-went very well
- Will need to coordinate practice run of turning the lights on for the actual lighting
- Renee will set timer for lights on Sunday evening (turn on -4:15 PM, off at-11 PM)
• Crafts and Cocoa with Santa
- Link for registration went live

- Donations received to date: $1825
- Remaining donation target: $3700
• Setting of Next Meeting Date
- Next meeting will be Tuesday, November 25t" at 6:30PM at the North Andover Senior
Center.
