and shrubs • Mr Hochmuth answers questions from the Commission • Mr Lynch discusses the applicant should submit a landscape plan • A motion to grant the request for a continuance was made by Ms Feltovic, seconded by Mr Napoli • Vote unanimous 242-1458 Waverly Road (North Andover Division of Public Works)(Woodard & Curran)(cont. from 8/12/09) • Administrator presents new plans reviewed by stormwater review committee • Mr Lynch discusses the swale upgrade channel the water the other way because there has been sheet flow from Woodridge ridge line so the water can flow into catch basin rather sheet flowing into abutters yards on Waverly Road • Mr Mabon discusses about the big storms and sewer problem this project probably fix the sewer problem to the abutters on Waverly Road • Mr McDonough discusses this is area this tends puddle in this area • Mr Raferty answers question from the Commission • A motion to grant the request for a continuance for revised plans was made by Ms there still has to be aware of the wetland restoration areas on the site • Mr Mabon discusses vegetation removal the Commission would require a planting plan with native wetland plantings • Mr Lynch discusses the elevations of the 100 year flood rain event is needed and stormwater management plan the O & M plan and TSS removal requirements BMP storage impact to stormwater run off has to be addressed • A motion to grant the request for a continuance was made by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Napoli A motion to withdraw previous continuance was made by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Napoli • Mr Lynch discusses the Commission would check with Town Counsel to see if the Commission can set up and outside escrow account for stormwater review by third party • A motion to grant the request for a
