gas line • Mr Napoli discusses the applicant would be saving a lot of money on the changing to solar power • Mr Weare discusses the saving would quite a bit because the electric bill is 4 million dollars a year with the solar power should be 1 million a year • A motion to issue a negative determination with conditions pre-construction,post- construction and loam and seeding was made by Mr his proposal of only one tree in the 50-foot No-Build zone would be removed • Mr Hochmuth discusses the applicant would just pruning the other trees in the area The vegetation on the slope and there would extra erosion control along the slope when the tree is removed • Mr Mabon discusses I did a site visit today there was 14-inch maple tree being removed • Mr Napoli discusses to the left of catch basins, dewatering vehicle on site, O& M Plan to be submitted A motion to accept the Order of Conditions as amended was made by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr McDonough • Vote unanimous A motion to
