Jean,
I wanted to follow-up as I had a discussion with Brian from Hancock Associates this afternoon regarding my initial
comments below. Based on our discussions today I have the following update to my comments:
1. 1 have shared with Hancock our GIS maps that depict the downstream drainage and I have asked Hancock to
update the narrative in the drainage report to reflect where the downstream Town drainage outlets to make a more
complete picture of what happens downstream. I do acknowledge that based on Hancock's calculations the
downstream volume and rate of stormwater flow from the site will be reduced in the proposed development
conditions.
2. According to Hancock the option of flipping the building/parking lot is not going to be pursued.
3. Hancock acknowledged my comment number 3 and will update the O&M certification to include the provision that if
requested by the Town copies of the inspection reports and receipts will be provided by the applicant.
