Dear Ms. Enright and Board Members,
On behalf of Home Grown Lacrosse, LLC, Hancock Associates hereby submits this letter summarizing
edits made to the Stormwater Management Report and the Operation and Maintenance plan for the proposed
sports facility located at#492 Sutton Street.
• Further detail has been added to the Stormwater Management Report "Existing Site Conditions" section
describing the existing drainage system in Old Clark Road and Sutton Street.The analysis point of Old
Clark Road and Sutton Street has been expanded to include the eventual discharge points from the
existing drainage system. The existing system discharges to the wetlands surrounding Lake Cochichewick
at multiple points south of the intersection of Osgood Street and Sutton Street.
• Post development impacts are detailed further in the "Proposed Conditions" section which describes
how the stormwater BMP's will decrease volumes and peak flows into the existing system thus having
no adverse impacts on the existing drainage system.
• Language has been added to the Operation and Maintenance Plan requiring the Owner/developer to
provide the town with inspection reports and receipts if requested.
