Under existing conditions there is a larger watershed area directed towards Old Clark Street but I would think they could split the roof runoff so some goes towards Old Clark while the rest gets managed by the porous pavement and then overflows to Terminal Road. Is Terminal Road a public street that they can connect to or is it a private drainage system that would require permission from the property owner? Thanks, Janet Janet Carter Bernardo, P.E. Janet Bernardo <jbernardo@horsleywitten.com> Subject:492 Sutton Street Hi Janet, At the last meeting the Planning Board challenged the project engineer to consider flipping the parking lot location and building location (turn them 180 degrees). The thought was that the drainage would then be located outside of the limits of the Watershed Protection District. Do you have any thought as to whether there would be any material Impact or benefit to this approach?
