Declaration of Restriction
This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 101h day of January, 2024 by
Bryan Brazill (hereinafter"Bryan"), of 75 Rosemont Drive, North Andover, MA 01845. The lessor
of a certain parcel of land located at 492 Sutton St., North Andover, MA 01845.
Whereas, Bryan has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit;
Whereas, Bryan agrees, for himself that
1. He will properly monitor and maintain the parking lot to the specifications, already set
forth by the town of North Andover during the town planning meetings, as long as he operates
his business at 492 Sutton St.
