Ms. Jean Enright, Planning Director
North Andover Planning Board
120 Main Street
North Andover, yWAU1845
HE: Home Grown Lacromom—Certificotion of substantial completion
482 Sutton Street
North Andover, MAO1845
Dear Ms. Enright:
On behalf of our client, Home Grown Lacrnsse, LUC. Hancock Associates has reviewed the as-built
conditions for the project completed at 492 Sutton Street, along Terminal Road and found the site to be
substantially compliant with the decision endorsed by the Planning Board with the exception of minor
design alterations as detailed below. All storrnwater management practices have been inspected and are
working properly.
During the construction process a few minor items were modified from the original approved plan set. The
items are asfollows:
1. Roof Drip Edge — Instead of a gutter system as shown on the endorsed plan set, a drip edge and
stone trench was installed and connected to the porous pavement reservoir system which meets
the design intent ofa gutter and downspout collection system.
2, Rear Gravel Entrance—Agravo| emergency access way has been installed connecting the near
overhead door and Terminal Road. This permeable surface is not expected to have a significant
impact on the site or surrounding areas.
3. Oumpster Pad — Dumpater pad has not been installed. In lieu of dumpator Home Grown
Lacrosse is utilizing totes to manage refuse.
4 Curb Stops—Curb stops have been used along the norther side of the parking lot in lieu of
concrete curbing.
5, Gravel Parking Area —A gravel overflow parking area has been added near the main parking lot
driveway entrance off of Terminal Road,
Therefore, |' Brian G, Gnaudroau, a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of
K4oeoaohuaetts, find the as-built conditions et4Q2 Sutton Straet, excepting the items listed above, find the
building, landscaping, lighting and Site layout to substantially comply with the Plans endorsed by the
Planning Board and that the etorrmvvater management structures are functioning as designed,
