Declaration of Restriction
This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 1411,day of March, 2024
by Bryan Brazil[(hereinafter"Brazil["), of 75 Rosemont Drive North Andover, MA 01845, the
Lessee of a certain parcel of land Located at 492 Sutton St, North Andover, MA 01845.
WHEREAS, BraziLl has applied to the Planning Board of the town of North Andover for a
watershed Special Permit.
WHEREAS, BraziLL agrees,for himself that:
1. Fertilizers are Limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorus free,
2. The use of coat tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
