North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, January
13, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Heather Hopkins Dudko of
American Sign, Inc. for property at 350 Winthrop Avenue (Map 027.0, Parcel 27), North
Andover, MA 01845 in the B3.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws
Section 195-6.5A, for the specific relief to allow an internally illuminated set of channel letters to
be installed onto the façade of the building.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning
Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday and Tuesday, from the
hours of 8:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., and Thursday from the hours of 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
