Notice is hereby given that the
North Andover Zoning Board of Ap-
peals will hold a public hearing at
the North Andover Town Hall at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:30
p.m. to all parties interested in the
petition of Heather Hopkins Dudko
of American Sign, Inc. for proper-
ty at 350 Winthrop Avenue (Map
027.0, Parcel 27), North Andover,
MA 01845 in the B3.
The Applicant is requesting a Vari-
ance pursuant to Town of North
Andover Zoning Bylaws Section
195-6.5A., for the specific relief to
allow an internally illuminated set of
channel letters to be installed onto
the faade of the building.

office of the Zoning Department lo-
cated at 120 Main Street, North An-
