Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of METRO SIGN & AWNING ON BEHALF OF SEYON GROUP for property at 300 Willow Street (Map 0025, Parcel 0027), North Andover, MA 01845 in the Industrial 1 Zoning District The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.13, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) for one side setback in the I-1 Zoning District for the purposes of constructing a ground sign, specifically, Applicant has requested a setback needing a relief of 39 feet (the setback proposed is 1 foot and the setback required per Table 2 is 40 feet). Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday and Tuesday from the hours of 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m., and Thursday from the hours of 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. By order of the Board of Appeals Michael T.
